We want you to love your glow, but if your Subtl Beauty favorites aren't a perfect match, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Whether it's a shade swap or a full refund, our goal is to keep your makeup routine effortless and stress-free.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your Subtl products in their original mailer.
Drop Off Your Package
Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new shades within 5-7 business days.
